The hotel is super spacious, very comfortable, and clean, offering the convenience of a fridge and microwave in the rooms. However, it lacked shampoo and conditioner. The staff, despite a horrible breakfast, was incredibly nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location is fabulous in downtown Chicago, although it can get noisy. The dining experience, while being decent, could use more selection, especially for children. The facilities were good overall.
